Yesterday I went to be in the audience for the Maury show & the producers was telling us to fake our reactions

I already knew that ;) I heard they make the audience practice their reactions before taping starts, and that they’ll even ask you to boo @ the audience members who aren’t dramatic enough!

I have some questions for you now:

- Do the guests & audience really swear every 5 seconds, or is the bleeping added just for dramatic effect in editing?

- What type of episode were they taping that day you were there? Paternity? Cheating? Makeovers?

- Do the producers interrupt in the middle of the guests’ interviews to tell them to cry more / be more dramatic?

- Is Maury an asshole to his staff during the break?

I hope you had fun on your trip! [/jelly]
